So..it the latest of my travels. It was to " The Golden city..Jaisalmer". As expected and read about the city is full of culture amd authencity..it still tells you tales of the gone times... the architechture... the people the old walls the everything...it surely is untouched and beautiful.

It took to my surprise that why city is called a golden city..it is because of the lifeline stone of this area.." the sandstone"..it is spectacular to see the whole city in the same color and material for their architecture.

Mainly the tourist's attraction is umm..."The fort", "The Patawaon Ki Havelli", "The Thar "... although the place is too dry (as expected on desert land)... but i found my peace in exploring the place in my own way... Jaisalmer fort is the only fort which has been inhabited by nearly two thousand natives... isn't exciting to know.

At Patwaon ki Havellii I really wonder how much amount of work the workers did to create such awesomeness on each inch of these walls of havellies.

Shopping is never that expensive here... There is lot to see amd shop of small shopping road side market stalls..don't forget to take back along cute puppet couples..awww..they are awesome. i saw something new " fossil stones" these excavated fossil stones are made into fancy glasses and other decorative items which look so compelling that you have to buy one.

Staying was quite cheap... I lived at a very nice resort "the Golden Havelli" it was spacious and spotless and stood with a very hospitile staff. And ofcourse was good enough for INR 2500 for night( includes breakfast).

Desert camp was an awesome fun... I tried a racing camel ride this time. The evening cultural dance and singing took me on a ride literally..sang along the night without anyone crying out on me...to Stop the singing :p

And after this also..my travel tales continues..

See you next with a new place..!!!
