About the event
Bagha Sarahan is a unexplored sleepy hamlet, with meadows, streams, waterfalls and natural forests. A cosy homestay, warm people, local food and a feeling of country comfort.
Prices are mentioned for 2 night 3 days.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1, 14th Aug- Acclimatization, Apple Picking, Forest Walk
1100 hrs/ 11 AM: Arrival at Bagha Sarahan, Brunch and freshen up at local homestay
1230 hrs/ 1230 PM: Icebreaking and introduction session
1300 hrs/ 1 PM: Acclimatization activities including trek to local temple, transact walk through the village, interaction with locals, visit to apple orchard for apple picking, forest and stream walk
1745 hrs/ 545 PM: Return to camp, introduction to camping, principles of leave no trace by trek leader, familiarization with campsite etiquette. Tea will be served during this session.
2015 hrs/ 815 PM: Dinner
2130 hrs/ 930 PM: Storytelling under the night sky, night photography, how to create star trails by photography expert. Hot Chocolate/ Coffee will be served during this session.
2230 hrs/ 1030 PM: Lights out
Day 2, 15th Aug- Trek to higher meadows and waterfalls
0600 hrs/ 6AM: Waking up with a forest walk and yoga.
0700 hrs/7AM: Breakfast and tea
0745 hrs/745 AM: Trail etiquette and trekking plan for the day session by the trek leader.
0815 hrs/815 AM: Depart for trek towards iron bridge, waterfall and higher meadows.
1230 hrs/1230pm : Halt for pack lunch at higher meadows. Independence day contest, best story/artwork will get a surprise.
1430 hrs/ 230 AM: Trek back to the camp
1730 hrs/ 530 PM: Tea and snacks at camp. Relax at camp for the evening.
2015 hrs/ 815PM: Dinner
2100 hrs/ 9 PM: time for interactions
2230 hrs/ 1030 PM: Lights out
Day 3, 16th Aug- Rappelling and stream walks
0600 hrs/ 6AM: Waking up with a forest walk and yoga.
0700 hrs/7AM: Breakfast and tea
0745 hrs/745 AM: talk by trek leader on today's activity (canyoning, rappelling, stream walk)
0815 hrs/815 AM: Depart for activities
1230 hrs/ 1230 PM: Halt for pack lunch at site of activity
1400 hrs/ 2 PM: walk through forests
1600 hrs/ 4 PM: Return to Bagha village to depart for Delhi

Terms & Conditions:
Children below 12 years of age must be accompanied by adults
Minimum age of individual participant without accompanying adults should be at least 12 years.
Participants should ensure their physical and mental fitness for this event and preferably engage in long walks of 4-5 Km for 5-6 days prior to the event.
Transportation charges are 2500 Rs per person from Delhi to bagha and back to delhi.
In case participants will arrange their own transport, they are requested to ensure their arrival in bagha before noon on the 14th of August.
Inclusions: Stay in tents, camping equipment including sleeping bags, mattress, tents, lunch on all three days, 2 breakfast, 2 dinner, transportation in minibus/traveler from Delhi to Bagha and back to Delhi, activities like apple picking, rappelling, stream walk, canyoning, trekking. Exclusions: Personal expenses, tips, personal gear, food expense and other expense incurred during the travel from Delhi to Bagha and back to Delhi
Cancellation Policy
In case of a cancellation of the trip by you, the customer. The following percentages will be deducted from amount paid as per the following schedule.
25th July 5% deduction
1st Aug 25% deduction
12th Aug 50% deduction
13th Aug no cancellation, 100% deduction
In case of cancellation of the trip due to conditions or situations beyond the control of the trip operators, 5 % deduction will be applied on the total amount paid and 95% will be refunded.
