Day 1
The Thousand Island Tour is a wonderful way to experience this part of the St. Lawrence River in USA. Most of the islands large and small are inhabited, with large mansions owned by wealthy American and Canadian families. As you are on a tour boat you cross over into Canadian waters without having to go through any border control! Also, you can see the smallest border in The Americas, between Canada and America which is a tiny bridge between two Islands. The tour boat is very comfortable with a range of facilities onboard. In fact there are 1800 islands here.
