Ajaccio, the capital city of on the western coast of Corsica is a sight to the sore eyes with every frame exhibiting astounding views of the Mediterranean waters. At the center of the capital town is a statue of the prominent military leader Napoleon Bonaparte who was a native of Ajaccio.
A long stretch of peninsula at the northernmost tip of the Corsican island is Cap Corse that outstretches over 40 kms in area. It is full of scintillating blue waters, hilltops and the prettiest of sandy beaches.
A perfectly orchestrated town, Bonifacio rests on an enormous limestone cliff that emerges in the south side of the Corsican waters.
