How often do we compare beaches abroad to the ones in India? I'm sure we do alot & why not.
The beaches abroad are clean, crystal clear & they completely blend in with the Blue sky. But believe it or not, we've found the perfect beach right here in India & you're not going to believe how beautiful it looks.
These images have been taken from near the shore from St. Mary's Island, Karnataka. This is located in Udupi, Mangalore and you are to take a ferry that takes you to this island. The ferry leaves every hour in the evening & costs about 200-300 per person.
The island is vast & is lesser known to Indians. The water is completely clear & blue. There are rocks all around and the sand is loaded with shells to take back home as a memory.
