Short Trek in Chikmaglur and Dakshina Kannada District. Started from Bangalore city by 10pm and reached our homestay in Dakshina Kannada District by 5am. Had a quick refresh and breakfast and started of with the trek !! After 4 to 5 hrs of trek we reached the top of the Belthangadi peak !! Man it was such an experience.And the important part is while returning since it was monsoon !! It started to rain like anything,some how we managed and started heading down. While returning there was no water in our bottles. This made us to taste the beautiful water from a stream that was flowing !! To be frank the water was that tastefull !! And day ended by returning back to our homestay !
Day 2 started of with a little slowly !! I was little tired after the trek ! Then no other go, I had to trek again to a beautiful small waterfall !! In the near by place. Enjoyed to the core and returned back to Bangalore !!
