We reached there early in the morning , luckily we were able to checkin early to the airbnb which we had booked. It was an offbeat accommodation , a tent in the form of a hut with all the basic amenities . It is an ideal romantic getaway with only the lapping waves and white sands to keep you company , as it is right on the beach. This is ideal for people who just prefer to do nothing apart from reading a book or penning down thoughts.
The place we stayed is the best for its views , as there are hardly any other place to stay. It has its own restaurant which would never make you go look for food outside .Sitting the deck chair on the porch sipping coffee in the morning or beer during the midday or in the night is the best thing to do
When it comes to South Goa , the places which comes to our mind are Palolem , Agonda and Patnem . Although all these places in south Goa are comparatively less crowded than the North , they are already in the grasps of commercialisation slowly beach shacks and huts raising shoulder to shoulder. But Talpona on the other hand is right in a village where you would find a few fishermen as well . There are barely any beach shacks nor beach huts. The proximity to Canacona makes it an ideal place to unwind . Canacona being the only town where you would get anything and everything necessary . And also Palolem beach is near by if you ever plan to binge on delicious sea food. This is the ideal location where you won’t feel completely isolated neither feel suffocated by beach revellers. This place is truly an antidote for people who spend most of the time in cubicles which sucks the lives out of them
