The trail follows the Beas river all the way to it's origin and on the way also offers mesmerising view of the meadows of Bakarthach and Dhundi. Bhrigu Lake trek is one of the few treks that allows you to ascend up to 14000 ft in mere two days with breathtaking views that keep you spell bound almost throughout the trek. The trail begins from Gulaba and cross the stunning meadows of Solang Valley. Ahead on the route the excellent campsite at Rola Kholi welcomes you. The mesmerising views do not just end at Bhrigu Lake. During the descent beautiful Himalayan Villages of Pandu Ropa and Vashisht are also stunning destinations in themselves.

4. Indrahar Pass trek

Indrahar Pass at the altitude of 14200 ft forms the border between Chamba and Kangra districts of Himachal Pradesh. The stunning views of the Dhauladhars and the Pir Panjal Ranges on this trek have invited many trekkers in the past on this trail. The trek starts from Mcleodganj, one of the most popular towns in Himachal and traverses via Triund and Lahesh Caves. The trekkers follow the route of the Gaddi shepherds all the way to the high altitude grazing pastures. Prior trekking experience is required since the trail meanders through rocky patches and boulders that are not easy to walk through.

5. Churdhar Peak Trek

It's a short trek for a weekend that gives you the required break amidst nature's silence. The trek starts from Nauradhar and takes you to Jam Nallah on the first day which is around 7 kms away. Churdhar Peak is at a distance of 8 kms from here and trekkers need to return to the Jam Nallah campsite on the same day. The following day is spent descending down to Nauradhar. The peak at 12000 ft has snow almost throughout the year. Owing to snow-capped ridges here, the peak is also known as Churi-Chandni Dhar meaning bangles of the snow ridge.
