Casa Chameleon truly exceeded our expectations and touched our hearts.

THE INFINITY POOL
Life can't get any better with the mesmerizing views from the zero-edge infinity pool that makes you feel like you are levitating above water. The beauty of Casa Chameleon is undeniable. You will indulge and delight yourself by being one with nature and disconnecting from the world.
DINNING
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the beautifully designed restaurant Sentido Norte overlooking the ocean. Traveling as vegans has it challenges but not in Casa Chameleon. The incredibly talented Chef Jose, has created a menu that caters and meets everyones dietary restrictions. We were pleasantly surprised by the great variety of vegan choices that were impeccably crafted to high standards.
Breakfast is included and we were amazed of the great selections and choices for vegans. From the almond milk chia seed pudding served with your choice of tapa de dulce or honey, to the exquisite vegan knife & fork tortillas with mash avocados or the fresh local fruit plate.
Food has never tasted so good with these stunning vistas over looking the Guanacaste Coast.
Just when we thought we couldn't be more impressed with the food, here comes lunch and wow again. The combination of fresh local and seasonal ingredients was an absolute delight for us. The gazpacho and the original chifrijo are a must.
Don't miss out on the refreshing drinks like our favorite green match almond milk late.
Chef Jose has created one of the most delicious vegan ceviche on earth made with heart of palm and plantains. If you've never tried pejibaye, you also must try the most incredible salad, "The Ensalada Tica."
We were so lucky to meet Chef Jose in person. Words can't describe how his energy and positive approach to life characterizes the food he creates. The passion and love he adds to the menu makes Casa Chameleon even more special.

BEACHES & ACTIVITIES
Guanacaste coast is well known for its stunning beaches. One of them, Playa Danta is right in front of the Las Catalinas beach town. This secluded paradise known for it's calm waters is perfect for standup paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling and swimming. Don't miss a visit to it's neighbor Playa Dantita with pristine white sand that's hard to find in Costa Rica. Far from the hustle and bustle you are sure to find your peace and well deserved happiness.
Besides the beautiful beaches, there are epic hiking and biking trails in this area. You can rent all your ocean and mountain sports equipment from the Pura Vida Ride store in town. The Catalinas Islands offer unbelievable scuba diving as well.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Las Catalinas is a new beach town still under development. "Its purpose is to create a way of life that is healthy, sustainable, fulfilling, and fun." The best part is the absence of cars. There's one road that leads to town where you park and the rest is explored on foot. We love the fact that, it's created to be a place for community where simple life is a priority.
You must try the delicious food and refreshing drinks at the Limonada Restaurant located on the beach in the center of town.
Walking through the cute and charming streets of town you feel complete serenity.
