Macao!! One of Asia's most dazzling, shiny and crazy city/ country.
I visited Macao in 2012. While my main trip was hongkong, stealing a few days in Macao was on top on my mind.it was my 1st ever solo trip and I was super excited with that too.
The top reasons to love Macao are as under:

The visa on arrival for Indians! Phewww only we know how much of a pain it is getting visas to countries- applying with zillions docs, making sure the application in on time...and so much more. Such a welcome change to not have to go thru all that for Macau!

The Venetian...for every person who has and has not been to Venice, the Venetian is just amazing...the fake skylight makes you completely loose track of time and continue being lost in the magic of the canals, the shopping, the casinos and all the glitz and glamour

The casinos...i have never seen so much money, so many lights and glamour in one place.so cool and happening

The live music at the Venetian club
They used to have a band,not sure it's still there. But I have memories of drinking, dancing and grooving in the bar at Venetian

Small cafes
Food has to be a huge draw.in the quaint pretty cafes along the roads serving some amazing food...I still remember eating some awesome pizza there!

The struggle with English! We had to carry the business card of our hotel to show it to the cab drivers because the English and local language has so much of a gap! Had so many funny incidents due to this ..

The ferry ride from HK to Macau...how cool is it to reach a country by ferry!
8 the ruins of Saint Paul.. so cool to see a building surviving with just a facade...lots of color around the are for some awesome pics
9 the glitzy hotels..it's the Las Vegas of Asia..glitzy glamorous amazing hotels...we walked in to the galaxy Hotel dying to get a view of their pool...it's a pool with beach sands...how trippy is that..wish I could actually swim there
10 the bungee- experience the owrlds highest bungee jumping at 233 m..so scary and thrilling...heart in your mouth just seeing the view and then jumping from there.
11The beaches...the black sand beach of Macau is one of the relatively more low profile things to do but nevertheless worth a visit if you have time.
Macau is your crazy fun place for a bachelor party, a friend's trip a quick getaway is asai with all the makings of Las Vegas...and if you are a casiono fan, nothing beats Macau!
