Pin Parvati Pass Trek

Starting Base Camp: Rumsu

Duration: 10 Days / 9 Nights

Highest Altitude: 17,400 feet

The trek starts at Rumsu, a small village located in the heart of the Parvati Valley. Jeeps are available to reach Barshaini, the point where the trek begins. Unless you're a seasoned mountaineer, a guided trek with Deyor Camps is recommended. On the first day itself the trail leads you to Kheerganga, a much-loved destination in the region for hikers. In the coming days, make your way through Tunda Bhuj, Thakur Kuan and Rubi Thatch, spots known for rich pastures and rocky boulders. At the Pin Parvati Pass the panoramic view of the Pin Valley on one side and Parvati Valley on the other, followed by the dramatic landscape change in the trail ahead, is unforgettable.

Everest Base Camp Trek

Starting Base Camp: Lukla

Duration: 15 Days / 14 Nights

Highest Altitude: 18,192 ft

It's a trek to place right at the brim of your bucket list. To see the highest mountain in the world up close is every trekkers dream and if you have substantial trekking experience, Everest Base camp can be your next desired trek and several reliable trekking companies can make this dream come true. Trekkers reach Lukla from Kathmandu and in the next 6 days reach the Everest Base Camp via Namche Bazaar, Dingboche and Lobuche. The endless rows of tents pitched at the elusive spot evokes a unique thrill and to wake up to the view of the scintillating Everest in the horizon is a memorable moment for trekkers. The trail back takes you to Lukla via Gorak Shep, Kala Pattar and Namche Bazar.

Rupin Pass Trek

Starting Base Camp: Dhaula

Duration: 8 days

Highest Altitude: 15, 250 ft

To reach the base camp at Dhaula, you can either take a taxi from Dehradun or take a bus to Sankri, get off at Naitwar and take a taxi to Dhaula. From this sleepy last hamlet of Uttarakhand, in the next few days on this trek, you will cross the state border and make your way to Dodra village of Himachal Pradesh. Walking alongside the Rupin river and at times on the river bed itself is the charm of this trek. Campsites at Jiskun, Udaknal and Dhanderas Thatch ahead on the trail are some of the most scenic spots and the trek ends at Sangla. The trail definitely tests your lung and cardio power therefore fitness of trekkers is essential.

Goechala Trek

Starting Base Camp: Yuksom

Duration: 9 Nights 10 Days

Highest Altitude: 16,207 ft

The trail to Goechala starts from Yuksom, a stunning little village in the West Sikkim District. It's a trek for seasoned trekkers who are familiar with the challenging nature of the mountains. The overwhelming view of the eastern ridge of Kanchendzonga starts to unfold as you start the hike from Yuksom to Dzongri via Sachen. On the 7th day you reach Goechala, on the way crossing the oak and rhodhodenron forests, alpine meadows and rocky trails of a cold desert. Bhabha Pass Trek

Starting Base Camp: Kafnu

Duration: 7 days- 6 nights

Highest Altitude: 17,400 ft

Hunt for challenging treks in the Himalayas has led to newer routes being explored each year. A trek that has gained recent popularity is the Bhabha Pass Trek or the Pin Bhabha Pass trek. Although mostly independent trekkers opt for it taking locals guides along. However, many many trekking companies also offer this experience. The trek starts from Kafnu, a village in Kinnaur where the trek begins through pine, birch and cedar trees. From the lush green hillsides of Kinnaur, this trail leads you to the desertscapes of Spiti. The Pin Bhabha Pass at 16, 105 ft is an experience of a lifetime and the strenuous trek requires fitness along with relentless motivation.
