1. Tea Estate Garden : Dooars - The Sleeping Beauty of Almighty is famous for its beautiful tea estate. You don’t need to go anywhere separately to visit any Tea garden in Dooars. As soon as you enter Dooars, you will see green Tea Estate garden in every corner of Dooars. And you will understand why it’s called The sleeping beauty of Almighty.

2. Sevoke Bridge and Teesta River : On the way to Sittong from Dooars, you will have to cross Sevoke Bridge over Teesta River. The water is greenish blue and It’s a beautiful view that you will be convinced to stop there for few minutes to enjoy the view and take pictures.

3. Sittong : One of the popular tourist spot near Dooars. It’s 30km away from Dooars towards Kurseong. It’s a complete day tour to Sittong, if you start in the morning. Sittong is basically famous for its scenic beauty and the tasty oranges. There are so many orange trees in Sittong and you can get oranges from the tree also with the permission of the localites. Also, you can find Tea Garden there and a rock shaped like Rabindranath Tagore.

4. Rongo - Jhalong - Bindu : An amazing combo of 3 beautiful places. These three places are situated little away from each other. If you start with Jhalong then move forward towards the same direction and you will reach the last village of India, Bindu near Bhutan Border. You can plan to stay 1 or 2 days in any homestay beside Jhalong river at Jhalong. It will be an amazing and peaceful stay if you are a nature lover or love to spend time with nature. Rongo is exactly in the opposite route. The road towards Rongo is little bit rougher than Bindu. It’s better to take local car or driver from Dooars or nearby places to visit Jhalong for safety purpose. Rongo is also famous for its scenic beauty. A monastery and a hill view park are the famous tourist spots of Rongo.

5. Murti River : Another beautiful river and top attraction near Dooars. You can plan for Murti river on the same day you travel to Rongo Jhalong and Bindu. It depends on how much time you take to travel each place.

6. Jalda Pada Forest : Many people visit this place from Jalpaiguri, but if you never visited Jalpaiguri and you have enough time in your hand, then you can include this spot in your bucket list. You’ll have to book slot online one day prior to travel or take ticket from the counter for Jeep Safari. Jeep provided by the Jaldapara Forest takes you for the Jangal safari. It takes 1:30 hrs for entire Jangal Safari. You can witness deer, elephant, tiger, lion, various kind of birds inside the Jungle.

7. Jayanti River : This tourist spot is quite far from Dooars. You can reach there till the parking zone of this place by car and then the local tourist guides will take you to the point by jeep. The Jayanti River is the border between India and Bhutan. You can cross the river walking or by jeep and go to the Mahadev temple situated on the other side of the Jayanti river in Bhutan. You can witness a waterfall also just behind the temple.

8. Buxa : Buxa is just 30 min away from Jayanti River. You will have to reach by car to Buxa. There are 3-4 small village which you will have to cross to reach the last point of Buxa tourist spot.

9. Gorumara Forest : It's the nearest tourist spot in Dooars. You will have to take jeep for Jungle safari. You can get ticket for jeet at the entrance of the Forest. There are 2 best time for Jungle safari, in the early morning and in the afternoon. You can choose the slot according to your convenient time.
