The best thing in a Agra trip is the road which drives u crazy. So it's better to go by bike or car.You will be needing just a nice cam and nothing else . Don't mess up with packing your baggages as you won't need anything. So as to visit all the places in Agra gear up from Delhi in the early morning. We left the city by 5 so that we will be free from Traffic.With a 30 minute drive from city center to Noida , you will then be directed towards the Yamuna expressway. A 210 km single stretch 8 way track will welcome you with greenery on both sides.In converse to other highways, even bikes are charged here. If you wanna click some pics just do that as soon as you enter the expressway. Make sure you have your fuel tank filled and get youself some water to avoid the heat as it is hard to find shops.
Taj Mahal: We reached Agra by 10 and it was a perfect time to experience the majesty of World Wonder.The white marble building was glowing gold in the sunlight.The architectural work inside the Taj Mahal also amazed us .As the crowd was less at that time we got more time to notice all those works.The symbol of love will never allow you to bid a goodbye to it without taking pictures.We spent an hour there taking pictures and lavishing through the Mughal Gardens.
Agra Fort: After having our breakfast outside TajMahal we then headed to the Agra Fort. Agra Fort is more than a fort and it transfers you the feelings of a true lover who lost his life gazing at his masterpiece. It was almost noon and we headed towards Mathura. On the way to Mathura we had our lunch. After witnessing a fascinating Mughal architecture now you will get to experience the best of Hindu temple architecture. We had some great time there experiencing the local culture. We left there by 2 and then we entered the expressway. We planned to drive slow and adventure the road side beauty. After a slow drive of 3 hours we reached Delhi by 7 pm.
A day trip to Agra got us exposed to different cultures. We were in the seventh heaven at that time. Fascinating architecture and beautiful scenery will never fade away from your memory.
