Day 1

Located in the Parvati Valley, Kasol is very popular among travellers and party animals. Not being an party animal but a nature lover, Kasol offered everything.

We reached kasol in the evening from Tosh via cab on the Eve of new year. We stayed at whoopers hostel to enjoy the new year party at the banks of river Parvati.

After partying hard on the New year, a crisp morning was on us and we had the opportunity to take a walk on the banks of river Parvati and enjoy its true beauty. As we enjoyed our stay, our lungs were filled with cold winter winds providing you an ultimate experience. Later in the day we took to the streets of Kasol and explored the local market.

From German Bakery to local maggie and Momo's, we tried it all. The markets were fully buzzing as the crowd was still in Kasol after the New year party. We explored Chalal which is a little hike from Kasol and went to Choj on our return. We came across a small family who had sheeps which were so cute we couldn't resist but try to interact with them. They had 15 sheeps in all.

While returning we enjoyed local meal which included Rajma Chawal, which is one of my favorite. After dinner we took the bus and departed for our next destination, Manali.

How to reach:
Kasol is well connected from Bhuntar Via bus and Taxis. You can reach Bhuntar from Pathankot, Delhi or Mandi.

More things to do:
