"A farmer has to be an Optimist or he wouldn't still be a farmer". This quote by Will Rodgers is the best to describe the difficulties faced by the farmers living in the Himalayan region. I clicked this picture during one of my official visits to a tiny town of Mori, located in Uttarkashi District.
