Journey started at the delhi airport where i got a chance to play pool with two stranger...
first day we landed to moscow airport from where we headed towards our homestay at Bol'shaya Marfinskaya Ulitsa, Moscow. i was mesmerized completely
The day ended up here. As we had night train to st. petersburg same day so we rushed to our room and packed our luggage.
we reached to petersburg through over night train journey from moscow.
metro station was all good. it was google translator which helped us to get the help from the folks else we could have lost. no one knows english here. you might get lucky if you get even one
real petersburg can only be seen only when it becomes dark.
Gulf of finland which is easily accessible from peterhof palace 1km walk not everyone knows it or you can see it from inside the peterhof palace which will cost between 1000 ruble to 1400 rubles. this place was amazing.
this was the last night in petersburg i wish i had some more time here as next day we had train to peroxovartz at 6:30.
6th day we reached to Lake onega. this place was mind blowing. 700 km from petersburg. overnight train journey and one hour bus time. Village situated close to the lake where we stayed. we were short of time so we stayed here for the night only.
