Every frustrated Mumbaikar after being imprisoned in their homes for almost 6 months can finally resume some safe traveling, hitting the road again, feelin good on those travel vibes. If you're one of those Mumbaikars looking to blow off some steam for a day away from the city, then you're in the right place.
It is situated around 90 kms away from the mumbai city and end of the monsoon or post monsoon would be really great time to check out these small hidden falls. Fortunately it turned out to be a private waterfall for us as there was no one around. Perfect spot where you can remove that mask and breathe into the fresh air, take a dip into the cold water and rejuvenate your trapped soul that has been aching to go out of the house for too long. Make sure you keep yourself safe, follow the MHA guidelines and try not to litter. Wait a minute... That's not all.
There's a bonus stop along the way as well, if u wanna put your swimming skills to a test you should definitely check out the Bamboo Dam. Very few people are aware of this place. You'll find it on the map easily and it's a rough terrain to drive on to reach there. Jump into the dam to take a swim but only if you know how to swim, water is really deep. It's time to take your bikes out and set out for an adventurous bike trip.
