Paragliding was in my list after the River rafting and now me and my friends were all-set for this adventure. We started little late in the morning from Chandigarh. We were 6 and our MUV - Honda Mobilio.
We reached very late, we expected a drive of 8 hours from Chandigarh but it took 12 hours to reach Bir-Billing and it was almost dark when we had our tents at Tatva Bir in that Paragliding heaven.
Bir Billing is a very small town in the Kangra Valley and the main population of this town is Indo-Tibetan. Beauty of this place is that instead of kites one can see a lots of Parachutes in the sky. Small town only with Paragliding as an activity but a beautiful place as a weekend getaway for north Indians.
We tried our hands on the badminton before the breakfast and it was a very relaxing experience for all of us because of the pure air or I'll say pure oxygen without any pollution.
Time for some dashing pictures, Vishal clicked all the pictures with his Canon 1200D. Don't know weather mobile cameras are good or not but if you are adventure lover or a traveler than you should have a DSLR camera with you.
Himanshu showing the landing site before launching himself in the sky. :P
Now this is the place:- :( ...
My take-off and I was scared that why I am doing this but soon after my take-off I was relaxed but the adventure was always their.
Me and my pilot :- Prem Katwal
After 1 hour long flight, I am back and it was really a lifetime experience.
