The Seating
The entire structure is supported by crane and can accommodate a total of 24 guests and four staff members at any given time. The guests are requested to wear seat belts at all times. Special arrangements such as transparent or non-transparent roof, and AC or heater-oriented rooftops can be requested for. If any of the guests wish to use the restrooms between meals or in case of an emergency, the structure can be lowered in less than a minute.
Safety first!
As part of the safety precautions, seat belts for guests and the secured safety harness for the serving staff are present and mandatory at all times. The platform is conceptualised and designed as per German norms and all safety equipment has been carefully scrutinised to ensure maximum safety of the guests and employees.

This exceptional gourmet experience has a menu that caters to the needs of both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The venue is available for party bookings, business lunches and corporate meets as well.
