This trip to HCMC, Vietnam was great because of the FOOD. The street hawkers provided an indepth view into Vietnam cuisine. Most of our meals were on the roadside beside a string of vendors! we did spend on a tour to the Cu Chi tunnels where we got to view how people adapted to the the warfare lifestyle and how they survived. We spent most of the time walking through town to visit the tourist spots. HCMC was not really croded with tourists since we chose to travel in May. Prepare your stomachs for food! However, since most of the good food are sold by street hawkers so carry charcoal tablets if you can't get used to food from other countries!
