Before we start the journey, we ought to figure out the perfect way to commute. Buy the EZ-link card to traverse via Singapore MRT. Throughout my trip, I had always travelled on the hassle-free Singapore MRT. Almost all of the major attractions in Singapore will be at a walking distance from the MRT stations.
I wanted to have some nice Singaporean delicacies on my first day and after a prior research, I headed to ChinaTown. ChinaTown is a place full of beautifully decorated narrow roads with souvenir shops selling antiques, crafts, etc. ChinaTown is famous for its Food Street lined up with many restaurants, hawker places and I have savoured the must-try Carrot Cake.
After the lunch, I headed to the merlion park. After getting down at BayFront MRT, it was a short stroll to reach the Merlion Plaza.
Next Stop - Gardens by the bay!! All the tourist attractions can be booked online for lesser prices @klook, my saviour!! I have even booked my SIM card to be delivered by Klook team at the airport.
Flower Dome - Themed glasshouse garden featuring exotic flowers and plants from different regions.
Cloud Forest - Aww~~ What can I say about this? Lush greenery all around the mystic waterfalls!
SuperTree Grove - Perfect end to an awe-inspiring day! Stroll along the OCBC Skyway to have close-up views of the gardens.
Get ready for some cool science stuff!!

Next stop - Botanic Gardens!! UNESCO world heritage site. Peaceful and elegant!! By no chance, you can enjoy its beauty in a single day! Enjoy this on an evening along with any musical event. I got to see the NUS band's performance!
How can a Saturday end without some noise and a drink (Pina Colada, this time)? Headed to Clarke Quay after 10PM..just at the same time it comes alive!!

Travel by sentosa express to reach USS. You can use the ez-link card to board the same.
Must try - Transformers 3D ride, Mummy roller coaster, Battlestar Galactica(humans vs cylons). Take the other rides at your leisure.
Ah!! Here come the beaches. Take the sentosa express and get down at the beach station to relax at the siloso and palawan beaches.
Sea Aquarium - Hit this place which is on sentosa island. Again take the sentosa express and get down at first stop. Takes solid 2-3 hours to explore, learn and relax amidst the marine life. There are feeding sessions which you can tend to do for a price.
Head to the second stop in sentosa to visit the Sentosa Merlion and Madam Tussauds wax museum. Take a breath, stroll around, visit the attractions and you can do some adventurous zip-lining if you feel so.
Singapore Flyer - Much similar to the London's Eye. View the city of gardens from far above!!
And then it was time to relish some of the delicacies...
And then here came the day I dreaded..my pitstop to leave Singapore. While in singapore, always take a look at the many attractions in the Changi airport itself.
