We left bangalore in the car during night
It was around 12 o clock mid night, had some stops in between for tea and snacks
Reached Dindigul in the morning, had some authentic Tamilnadu breakfast of idli vada sambhar, got freshened up and left to Kodaikanal , we reached kodai around 1 o clock in the afternoon, it was drizzling and freezing cold.
Had lunch in Jacob's kitchen, took a walk at coakers walk
We went to shopping in kodaikanal and then we headed to kookal
It was raining cats and dogs during the ride
Reached kookal around 5 O clock in the evening and we were tired as hell
Got freshened up and rain gods gave us a break
I got up early in the morning around 7, it was still cold🥶🥶 but I put on some layers and headed towards kookal village
It's a 2km walk to village from the stay
The sun arose and it was a beautiful view of the lake.
After sightseeing of kookal, came back to homestay
Then I met the caretakers of kookal paradise and I came to know that, they have 15+ dogs in their homestay and most of them are rescued and adopted
I made some great fur friends and the caretakers are friendly.
Afterwards we popped some mushies and made some mush tea and it was awesome experience
And next morning we headed back to kodaikanal and made some shopping and left to bangalore
