Tripoto
31st Dec 2018
Day 1

My trip to Jaisalmer.. Started on 29th Dec 2018 and ending on 2nd Jan 2019. Should i call it last trip of 2018 or first trip of 2019...that's a serious question. Anyways, whatever should i call it its the best trip of 2018 for me.

The trip plan started cooking up in my office among my friends and me. Two of us are single girls and two are married, so plan was to make a trip with spouses as well. So initially it started with 6 people.
We started doing our RnD on the places to visit on which tripoto blogs helped me a lot. After finalizing things, we booked our stays and car.
As the trip was approaching (30 days left) , one couple had to backed out and i replaced them with my siblings. With 10 days left one of us had to cancel too due to some misshapen in home. So now we were from 6 left 3 (one couple and one single) and 2 of my siblings. 5 of us started the journey on 29th from Jaipur and reached Jaisalmer on 30th morning.

Day 2

Its our 2nd day in Jaisalmer and today was really special for me as it was my first new year which i am going to celebrate with my husband, secondly, we are on our last trip of 2018 and its going super duper amazing.

Day 3

Stay on our first day in Jaisalmer was with Rawla resort Jaisalmer in Sam dunes
Its an amazing resort with really friendly and cooperative staff.
They have their private dunes area where one can see sunrise and sunsets.
In the night, after a long time i saw so many stars in the sky as the sky was so clear and all the stars are visible, ie. Perk of being in an remote clear area away from city lights and pollution. So, i tried my hand on capturing star trail. Pics are still in my cam and need post processing.

Next day early morning, when it was dark, we started our trek to sunrise point to capture sunrise of desert. It was a great trek on dunes to reach the point and for a person like ne who is not habitual of doing exercises it  was really tiring. Somehow i reached the top where my spouse was setting camera and moment later we realized, we had left camera battery in the charging slot. It was a shit moment for both of us and we both were like oh God how can we do such a stupidity. I started running downwards towards our tent to bring that battery. I, at any cost, didn't want to miss that time and somehow, i was so energetic and all my tiredness flew away. I brought that back and we clicked some amazing shots via cam as well as phone.
