I reached Darjeeling on 5 October 2018. After reaching there, I made up my mind to know only the natural places.I stayed there ten days.
I decided to know the city and nearby natural places first two days.After two days, now was the time to see and understand the places that I understood.
On October 7, I decided to go to Tiger Hill first. I reached Tiger Hill before the morning sun came out. I wanted to take some good pictures of the rising sun. But after reaching Tiger Hill, I fell asleep while sitting in a corner waiting for the sun to rise. Then I woke up when the sun had risen completely. I was very sorry, but still I took some good photos and then came back to the hotel with a slightly extinguished mind.
On October 8 I went to Rock Garden. Looking at the flowing waterfall, it seemed as if nature had built that place by giving it a lot of time. I sat there for hours. When it was evening, it was helpless to come back to the hotel. I came back to the hotel but my mind was fixed in the rock garden itself. It is not that I have not visited or seen a better place than this, but the rock garden felt strangely at peace.
The next day I set out to see the tea plantations around Darjeeling. It was evening walking there but nothing was taking the name of ending. Before nightfall, I took some organic Darjeeling tea packets for myself and came back to the hotel.
The next day I strolled around in the city of Darjeeling and ate a famous dessert there. Whose name was Sael Roti. And then I also drank Darjeeling tea in many different places, which was quite good and relaxing in the test.
(Sael Roti is another one of the Nepal speciality and is a delicacy during special occasions at home. They are ideally flat round pieces of bread prepared from rice paste and are then deep-fried, resemble the shape of a bagel. A traditional variety which will make your tongue go yum!)

Darjeeling Tea (Well, quite popularly known for tea plantation, Darjeeling’s special tea is a must. The authenticity of the drink is such that it cleanses your mind, giving you spirit new energy. A special recommendation would be that while sipping on this tea, one can enjoy the beautiful view that Darjeeling offers and listen to some heartwarming music! ).

The next day I went to many places like Himalayan Zoo, Batasia Loop, Mirik Lake, Monastery, Gandhi Kala Kendra etc.
Overall, in my opinion, everyone should go to Darjeeling as much as possible.
