Best hotel to stay at gulmarg , Kashmir was highlands park . It's got the best location and the service is so personalised u won't miss home . Also the bar there is so cool that Anyone staying at khyber will be envied of not having one at theirs . In all highlands park is a holiday experience and khyber is just another city luxurious hotel and that may be the reason I couldn't get a single nice click at khyber and got so many at highlands park
