I visited Sach Pass on 23rd June 2018 with 2 of my female friends and I must say it’s one of the most thrilling experience one could ever have.
We started at 6am from Dalhousie and reached around 1pm at Sach Pass with short breaks in between . There are shops in between to buy water , eatables and even can enjoy hot food like Maggi , rajma chawal , omelette etc.
The entire route is extremely beautiful especially after Satrundi where you’ll get to see snow cover peaks all around , bed of flowers , snow along the route which would totally compensate for not so good roads . The cherry on the top for us was to see snow !! Yes snow in June !! This place still have he untouched beauty offered by the nature.
I would highly recommend for the nature lovers who enjoy calmness of mountains , pine trees and variety of flora and fauna ,with an added thrill with this road journey .
Also , it’s advisable to start early morning for less crowded roads .Also, do carry a woollen jacket as it gets colder near Sach Pass .
