Traveling solo is always scary, but it is also the most liberating experience.
In fact, I don’t think you’re ever alone on the roads. The world is out there waiting to get to know you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you’re alone and a travellers (not a tourist) you’ll notice an almost immediate difference in the behaviour of locals. They’ll be more warm and more welcoming. They’ll just take you in as a part of their family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Today, I just want to thank the amazing family who took me in as their own.
My long slow stay at Leh became 100% better just because of them.
Now, I’m back, but I know I have another place to call home. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
Have a nice day, you guys!
