Vegas is known for its lively casinos, rocking nightlife and as the party place, but you can do plenty other action stuff too. Here is a small video from my trip:
If you have 1 day to spend in Las Vegas, I would suggest below itinerary:
9AM-11Am: Las Vegas Strip: Have a heavy breakfast before you head out to las vegas strip. You can easily spend 2-3 hours by roaming around the strip taking photos with iconic hotels and casinos.
11AM-2PM: Exotics Racing: if you like speed and adventure, then don't miss this opportunity to drive a supercar on the race track. Doesn't matter if you have any previous experience or not, you will be given proper experience and guidance.

2PM-5PM: Hoover dam: It's a nice drive to Hoover Dam from the vegas cit which hardly takes 1 hour. You can enjoy for 1 hour by taking a lot of pictures with this landmark if you have 1 hour extra you can opt for the guided tour too.

5PM-12AM (or party all night): Time to get the party shoes on, as las vegas life never sleeps :) The atmosphere at the Las Vegas strip is always alive and crowdy. You can enjoy the fountain show at Bellagio or a fine dining experience at the Paris hotel. Feel free to try your luck at endless casinos at the strip.
There are a lot of performances and shows event at different venues and hotel, you can prebook to enjoy a few hours event.
