This is a rural place which is remote with less facilities. You will enjoy the place but should have the food items and water handy with you as this village place will not offer you much in terms of food items.

Best time to visit the place is in winters as it's a complete underground place and one should avoid summer due to heat. During monsoon this place is remained close due to water logging.

The entry time for the cave is 11AM and will close by 5PM. You will have small shops for Idly, Dosa and Vada with tea and coffee. You can buy the food items and take it along with you in the cave. You will have proper ventilation and air pipes installed in the cave to avoid any suffocation.

This is a 1 day trip and you can enjoy from morning to evening and can travel back to your place. It will be good if you avoid night drive or if you want you can start little early to your destination. From Belum Caves to highway it will take minimum 2 hours and post which you can drive for your location.

This place is really a good adventure and people who like natural caves and rock formations will love this site for sure. The best part of this place is that you can also add Gandikota to the trip which is also known as the Grand Canyon of India. We did the same and had a great experience.

You can book the stay at Haritha Resort and can enjoy the sunset and nice meal after the day long tour of Belum Caves. Morning you can enjoy the sunrise and can have the photo session of the view.

You can also enjoy boating if visiting in winters. Haritha resort will also provide you the tents to enjoy the adventure and can have star gazing. Also you will get amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner.
