It was 1:00 AM and I just came from wedding party at the hotel site, but with my astonishment found the hotel main gate locked from inside.
I rang the bell, knocked the door around 30-40 minutes, but all in vain. No one come outside. I blew the loud horn of my bullet( bike) with the hope that someone come outside and open the door. I contacted on mobile number, landline, but no one picked.
So, in the middle of cold night, I left stranded outside the hotel, with all my belongings inside my room, because I have already checked in the room in the afternoon.
So, I make arrangement in the other nearby hotel, slept there, and came back in the morning( around 6:30 am) to that sleepy hotel with the hope that may be it will be opened now. But the things did not change and no one came out till 8:30 am. And that too with the help of some local people, who actually woke up the hotel authorities.
So, that was all my shady hotel experience. Although after that my money is refunded and concerned authorities have taken action against them.
The hotel name is Vibes regency, which is based in Nalagarh, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh.
