I did my first Ladakh Bike trip when I turn 30, this is the time you realize that you are entering new phase of Life and believe me this new phase is amazing.
People told you better to Hire bike from Leh or Delhi and then go on trip but I was keen to ride my own bike which I brought with lots of passion and attachment. I have special attachment with my Bike so didn't think alot...As I believe " logo ka to Kaam Hai bolna' .
We finally loaded our Bike in Train and here I was to experience something which can't be explained. We started our journey from Amritsar on bike and there was no looking back...with luggage on our bike and all set to ride I had some ups and down moment in my ride. My best experience was Sinthan Top, the only reason was we didn't expected to be so tough and so cold, we were not prepared so I enjoyed the fullest. As I was riding first time with such tough terrain to be precise I fell 3 times from bike one time I was badly hurt on my leg. I have to leave my bike to someone else as I was not able to ride...So Pratik came to the rescue..as he haven't rode bike at all not even in Mumbai he came in and told me don't worry I will ride you take rest...I was little worried about my bike but was relaxed as I was not able to walk he rode till Pangong Tso...Next day I have to ride the bike but then I was enjoying my ride during our rides we were rescued by some locals as we didn't had anything to eat so locals came to our aid and offered us food and coffee which I miss the most and we ended our ride at Chandigarh it was total 13 days trips. Over all we did 5 pass which included Khardung La which was at 18379ft ...
This was my best experience of my life as made few Friends and I should not forget my friend Mahesh Rajpal who pushed my everyday to complete my Trip..Your champ Bro... Love you
