Day 1

Delhi to Bhuntar by bus,Then Travelled in HRTC From Bhuntar to Zari,it takes around one hour to reach Zari from bhuntar and then you have to book a private or share cab to reach MALANA TAXI STAND(1500 per Cab)

From there your 5 Km Trek will start! Malana Trek route runs along the imposing mountain peaks of Parvati Valley. Adorned by the awe-inspiring vistas around, the trek runs across Chandrakhani Pass and Malana River before entering a sleepy village atop the mountains.

We reached Malana in 3 Hours exhausted. As i was not fit back then!

There are some rules for staying in Malana. You cannot touch their buildings, there people and entrance to their temples in not allowed. If you did any of this then you are in problem, they will charge you with a heavy penalty that can ruin your trip budget. So don’t indulge yourself in there type of things and enjoy your stay there. You can also enjoy the best hashish in the world-Malana cream. If you are a stoner you know what it is. Cream cost is around 2k to 2.5k per gram. And don’t load yourself with more than 5 grams. As the locals are in touch with police authorities down in Zari, They will seize your stuff and then you have to pay their Fees(Bribe). The stuff you just lost will be again given to the same man you paid.

Day 2

After Returning To Kasol next day we enjoyed the local market there and prepared ourself for kheerganga Trek.

Day 3

We started our trek from Barshaini,It’s a 11 km easy trek but if you compare this trek with triund you will find it exhausting. It is a holy place with a hot water spring, a small temple of Lord Shiva and a bathing tank. It makes a rare combination for any trekker to bath in hot spring water when everything is covered by snow.

Day 4

Kheerganga to phulga(16km Trek)

This day was very hectic as we trek down from kheerganga and headed straight towards Pulga. It’s only one hour trek with breaktaking views. If you are lucky you can find some Rave parties there which are illegal. I loved the food there, you can smoke hashish or bum a chillum anywhere in cafes. If you are willing to explore something extra you can go to Kalga.
