Malvan .. located in the koan coastal area , approximately 400 kms from pune , it takes almost entire day to reach there from pune ,
route is quite simple : pune - satara - kolhapur - and from there you've to take diversion ,,
once you reach malvan , first thing to do is get a hotel room for yourself , because when i had been there , it was night time and almost all hotels were full and after searching for hours , i finally got a nice room near beach ,,
restaurants close early , so manage your food also accordingly
well , we had our breakfast , and then left with my guitar camera and enthusiasm toward tsunami island , reaching there itself is a very beautiful experience , traveling through the coconut trees and the dark shadows , once you reach tsunami island , you've to park your vehicle and from there you have to take a walk to the sea back water , there you'll get a private boat , either you can take it on private basis , or share with other visitors ,
after you leave in the boat , thats when things start getting interesting , with amazing views with infinite sea ahead and all your miseries behind , its a nice experience , from there they stop in the middle if the sea , where in if you're lucky ,you can see dolphins , however i couldn't see any ..
then they take you to an island , its called tsunami island , which was created recently after the tsunami flood ,
There , they have arranged few water sports also and you can try them at a very reasonable rates ,
once you're done with the ocean , you can return to main city and have lunch , and you'll get the best malvani fish , i bet you can't get enough of it .. well i had 4 ! ha ha ,
after lunch we went to sea diving , where in we have to get into a boat , wear diving suit , they take you near the fort , where in diving spot is situated , if you're diving for the first time , its going to be a memorable experience , its a whole new world under water , must experience and its safe , don't worry , and you need not even know swimming for that ..
well , Thats Malvan .. i hope you'll have a great trip ..
thanks for reading , stay tuned ..
bye bye ..
