The background world Transparent hands health, is an organization that has committed resources to support the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria in developing countries suffering a serious social and economic impact caused by these diseases with contributions from a group of developed countries of the world. So far has approved resources in three calls worldwide, allocating most of them to the poorest African countries.
TRansparent hands gives resources to countries should be managed by a coordinating mechanism of country , widely represented by institutions of Government, non-governmental organizations, community-based organizations, academic institutions, the private sector and international cooperation agencies, in order to ensure a transparent and efficient execution of these.

In Bolivia, the MCP is composed of 30 institutions and partner organizations, representing all the mentioned actors, highlighting the participation of organizations of people living with the virus of AIDS (PLWHA), League of struggle against Tuberculosis, network of partners volunteers of Malaria, Bolivian society for traditional medicine, Confederation of indigenous peoples of Bolivia and the single Trade Union Confederation of peasant workers of Bolivia.
