The most enchanting & tough destination in India. Yes, as we all know, thr is a hype abt ths plc & its own set of expectaions but finally we all with our li'l munchkins made it to leh/ladakh & were quite brave enuf to mk it an experience of the lifetime. There's everything so b'ful thr- diverse landsacpes,snow-clad,ruggd, barren & colorful mountains, unbelivable desert at Hunder, scenic waterways, Buddhist monastries(many of thm existd fr mr thn 100yrs). Thr's sumthing so mystic abt ths plc specially with its lineage of Buddhish, where u get a feeling of surrending yrslf to God.Its alwys so serene & peaceful.  The first day usually goes into acclimatization & if u really wanna realise the importance of oxygen in yr life, thn u wl hv to visit this plc. Those 8days wr certainly suthing we'd cherish fr life. Its a photographr paradise, u'l nvr get satiated clicking till u finaly exit the place- endless beauty al arnd u... The Pangong-Tso is d best out of al, the first glimpse left us mesmerised, the beauty stunned us, d amazing diffrnt colors of d river, flow of water, just magical, the pristine blue water & a panoramic vista in front of r eyes. Magnetic hill or gravity hill was mysterious indeed. Confluence of Indus & Zanskar was absolutely breathtaking. Hunder & Diskit r d two anthr main towns of d valley on d shyok river. The sand dunes r sumthing really special to see up thr at 10000ft. The rare double humped camels on the dunes were a treat to watch. Landscapes along the Turtuk, a remote village inhabited by Muslims, few kms away LOC b/w India & Pakistan  was a bful  sight agn & the sky was nva so blue. There's no other better plc to visit in summer..
