If someone visit kerala and they don't visit munnar then this is not possible. so even i visited kerala, this was my 3rd day in kerala and 1st day in munnar. after a nice south Indian breakfast I start my day in munnar. The following are the places I have visited, you can visit all these places in a single day there is alot other location in munnar but I had only one day to explore so I visit only famous locations
Green, Green, Green....I was surprised by the view, this place is known as munnar photo point due to its amazing view. Here you click awesome photos in your mobile or camera, if you don't have both don't worry in this place photographers are their to click your photos and they will provide you hard copy as well it will cost you just ₹30/per photo.
Mattupetty dam is another must stop point in munnar, as the name suggest it is a dam in awesome location where you can see combination of trees, mountains, clouds and ofcourse kundale river. here you can do little shopping and horse riding as well.
Eco point, the place where you can't resist yourself by shouting your own name or your loved one as the sound reflect back to you. Entry fee to enter eco point is ₹10 and you can also enjoy boat ride in ₹300 which is for two person.
Munnar Top point, the highest and the most beautiful point in munnar. you can see all munnar from this point (if you are lucky as there is always fogg covering the mountains) you can also enjoy amazing tea plantation from here.
Elephant Ride
After visiting all points of munnar and heading back to city you can also take Elephant ride which will cost you ₹500/per person (adult) and ₹250/per person (child)
