Sorry for the late posts from my latest trips. I just need some time to relax, unwind and think deep out from stressful city life. I think this is the right time to make up for the late blogs (lol). Intriguing head title, right? I mean it like that because literally, we went to the north side of Cebu Island specifically in Bogo for the Annual Fiesta. It has been our yearly “PANAAD”, to honor and pay homage to our patron saint, Sr. San Vicente Ferrer. This annual event, is the highlight our our yearly summer getaway because we are anticipating for another beach or pool paradise after we go to church. Like every year, we went there as early as 7am. It was a long ride on a van which really hurts my butt, promise!(lol). We have to stop by at a public resort in Catmon for our breakfast. I think approximately,we are almost there to our destination (halfway). After we ate our sumptuous breakfast, we directly went right away to catch up the 10am mass which will be presided by Fr. Jose Palma, the Cardinal from Cebu City. When we arrived there, we first freshen up and changed clothes to look presentable. Heard the mass, singing the church songs and praying for all the heart’s desires: good health for my family, safe flight for me to New Zealand, strength for my family for every problems and also for me and thanksgiving for the answered prayers. After the mass, lit up 50 candles outside the church to sum up my visit there. Then, went back to the van and prepared ourselves for our summer ender getaway to Hagnaya Beach Resort which is an hour away from Bogo. After an hour of waiting, the long wait is over. It was worth the wait! Swam on the pool, basking under the sun rays, and floating with the help of the floaters.(lol) We took every opportunity we have, picture taking on the beautiful scenery, walked around to check for some amenities and tried their pool slide for an experience of a lifetime. Then, we drove home past 4pm and arrived late night at 7pm. This is one occasion I will truly miss every year. Here are some pics for the documentation. Hope yo will enjoy too, the way I did! Ciao!
