Nar Phu Trek requires License Holder Guide and Restricted Area Special Permits. Nepal Wilderness Trekking Sherpa guide and porters team are promoting Nar & Phu Valley Trek and supporting local People of Nar And Phu for sustainable tourism development and use Local guide and porters who speak fluent English and Local Language Of Nar and Phu Valley.

Nar Phu Trekking is a Restricted area of Nepal where you require special Permit and limited tourist can visit per year controlled by Nepal Government Immigrant Office and visitors need Government Training license Holder Guide.

To Do Nar & Phu trek

There are three kinds of Permits require for Nar and Phu Trek, the Permits are:- Trekking Information management system (TIMS) Permits, Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) Nar and Phu Restricted Area (NRA) Permits.

Nepal Wilderness Trekking Pvt. Guide Team is Government register trekking agency in Nepal who can process all require permits from Immigrations and ACAP, TIMS, NRA.

Nar & Phu Trekking Permits costs

1. Nar & Phu Valley Restricted Area (NRA) Permits is U$D90 per week for per person,

2. Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) permits is U$D20 per person

3. Trekking Information management system (TIMS) Permits is U$D20 per person

Note: single trekkers can’t issue a permit for Nar & Phu Valley area because of Restricted Are

itinerary

Day 01: Arriving in Kathmandu international airport and transport to Hotel

Day 02: Nar Phu Restricted area trekking permit preparation and briefing of Trek overnight at same Hotel.

Day 03: Drive from Kathmandu – Besishahar, and Jeep to Chamje (1310meters, 9 hours driving).

Day 04: Trek from Chamje to Dharapani (1920meters, 6 hours walking).

Day 05: Trek from Dharapani to Koto (2600meters, 5 hours walking).

Day 06: Trek from Koto to Meta (3570meters, 7-8 hours walking).

Day 07: Trek from Meta to Upper Chyaku ( 3720 meters, 3-4 hours walking).

Day 08: Upper Chyaku to Phu Village (4050meters, 4-5 hours walking).

Day 09: Trek from Phu Village to Nar Phedi (3500m, 6-7 hours walking).

Day 10: Trek from Nar Phedi to Nar Village (4120meters, 3-4 hours walking).

Day 11: Visit Monasteries in Nar Village.

Day 12: Trek from Nar – Kang La Pass 5320 meters -Ngawal (3675meters, 8-9 hours).

Day 13: Trek from Ngawal to Chame ( 2650 meters, 6 hours walking)

Day 14: Trek from Chame to Tal (1700meters, 7 hours walking).

Day 15: Trek from Tal to Chamje and drive to Besishahar (760meters).

Day 16: Drive from Besishahar to Kathmandu 6 hours.

Day 17: Departure to your home country

COST INCLUDED

Pick-up and drop-off service at Trivuwan International airport in Kathmandu by private Car/Van/Bus.

3 Nights Hotel in Kathmandu on BB Plan.

Nar and Phu Restricted Area (NRA) Permits.

Annapurna Conservation Area Permit.

Trekker's Information Management System (TIMS) Card.

One English speaking experience guide and required porters.

Kathmandu-Chamje and Chamje-Kathmandu by Public bus or Jeep.
