Day 1

How happy and welcoming the streets of Melbourne are. You can see people playing instruments, few are rushing to their offices, students making merry . Free trams all over the city made our life easy. My first day in Melbourne was all about wandering on the streets and feel the warmth of its people and the city!

State Library Victoria is the central library of the state of Victoria, Australia, located in Melbourne. It was established in 1854 as the Melbourne Public Library, making it Australia's oldest public library and one of the first free libraries in the world. We can take its free tour, Wow!

This magnificent St. Paul Cathedral was built in 1880's.

Whenever you are in Melbourne, going to this pretty cafe is must. Lentil as Anything gives you buffet and you pay as much as you want, like a donation. On of the best breakfast I had.

A walk to remember by the Docklands!

Day 4

There’s so much beauty when your eyes lay lost in all the city lights.

The observation deck (Eureka Skydeck 88) occupies the entire 88th floor of the Eureka Tower and is the highest public vantage point in a building. The best sunset ever I witnessed. There is an edge made up of glass which projects out over the building with visitors inside. An out of the world experience, for sure!

On the fifth day, I took MCG guided tour. It took my whole day to tour the ground. From the Player's room to their practice nets, I could see each and every part of the ground.

Day 6

Phillip Island, Victoria

Scenic 2.5 hours drive from City to Phillip Island. Penguin parade was the best thing about the Island. You actually witness penguins coming out of the sea in a group.
