One year passed away so fast, its our first anniversary. We went on to discover a new place and do some adventure -Nainital. We started our journey from Delhi. We took Shatabdi at 6 am from Delhi railway station & reached Kathgodam around 11.30 am. From there we took a taxi he charged us Rs. 350 to Nainital. We planned to rent a bike from one of the person in Nainital but in the end he turned out. Than we rented a bike (Avenger) which cost us Rs 900 for a day. We were hungry by that time, so we thought of having lunch at one of the restaurants on the Mall Road, opposite to Naini Lake. I read of few restaurants on mall road, one of them was Chandni Chowk. So we decided to go there and eat some delicious North Indian food. We ordered there special Thali (mix veg, dal, sahi paneer, raita, roti, rice, salad). We ordered some extra chapatis, as one Thali is sufficient for two people. Than we had jalebi as sweet, which was ok. Food was awesome. After a full stomach we spend few time on Naini Lake. It was almost dawn and our hotel was quite far from Naini Lake, so left for our hotel Country Inn, Sattal. It was sweet cold there, the weather was chilling and amazing.
So after a good sleep, we woke up at 9 am, had our breakfast in hotel & started our journey to Nainital.We went to snow view point it was beautiful & their we had tea . After that we went to Governor house so we reached their early they have time blocks .We reached at 1.30 so we waited as next round will go at 2 pm.They charge an entry fee 50 per person with a guide who will take you around in 1 hrs.It's beautiful from outside you can click picture & inside they only give excess to small part of the house.We went back to mall road to eat something I heard of Sonam restaurant serve momo&thupka best. So we tired chicken mom &chicken thupka &you will be in love it's awesome. Than we went back to our hotel as we dnt want to make it late as it's winter season we Their are no lights in road .
Day 3 - We plan to visit Bhimtal & you can enjoy paragliding. It's was nice experience. We have no plans for this .But I think it was in our to do list amazing experience. Than we had our lunch & tired kumaoani chicken variety restaurant Bhimtal food was not that good & service is worst.Than we went back to our Hotel at Sattal lake.We want to see the lakes near our hotel we clicked some pics had coffee & pakora in such nice weather than we went back to our Hotel.
We have to catch our train at 3.30 from Kathgodam today so first we have to go Naintial to return bike to vendor .We reached d their around 11.30. We took local bus from Nainital to kathgodam with will charge you 60 rs per person .As we have reached station early we went on station & waited .than we board our train back to Delhi with some beautiful memory for lifetime.
