Rajasthan - The Land of Forts and Palaces, Bravery and Royalty, Diversity and Exuberance and last but not the least of Culture and Heritage. It has so much to offer that every new monument you visit will leave an ever lasting impression on your mind. I had planned for a 10 day trip to Rajasthan and wished for a visual spectacle. But believe me, Ye Dil Maange More...

Here are glimpses of my journey of the colorful Rajasthan.

Day 1

Nakki Lake in Mount Abu- Dug by God to live in for protection from a Daemon

Day 2

13th Century Dilwara Jain Temples, Mount Abu

Dilwara Jain Temples in Mount Abu, constructed between the 11th and 13th Century are a must visit especially for the interesting stories by the locals.

Day 3

City Palace, Udaipur - The City of Lakes

Udaipur, synonymous to the City of Lakes, gives you great insights about Rajashtan's rich history. It displays painting depicting famous Battlefields (Battle of Haldighati) and a wide range of ancient artifacts used by the Kings.

Day 4

Kumbhalgarh Fort is the only Fort that has never been conquered till date due to its expansive structure and is one of the major attractions in Rajasthan.

Motor Bike at Om Banna Temple, Jodhpur Highway

Ajmer Sharif Dargah
