Qingdao is a city in Shandong province in eastern China, famous for its skyscrapers and parks. The coast of the Yellow Sea with clean beaches covered with yellow sand envelops Qingdao along its entire length.
I came to Qiongdao on a high-speed train from Beijing. Travel time was 5 hours. Having settled in the hotel I went to the sea, walk along the embankment.
Quingdao quay is at the same time a place for a walk as well as a place for sports, equipped with a track for running. A lot of locals run here.
In the evening, all the skyscrapers along the embankment are lit with different colors, it is very beautiful. It is worth seeing.
The next day, together with the locals, we went to the mountains. From the height of the mountains opens a wonderful picture. Quingdao on one side is surrounded by mountains, and on the other side is washed by the sea.
The main symbol of the city of Qingdao is a monument, which is called the "May wind"
It is located on the central beach, which can be easily reached by bus. Fare in all buses 1 yuan. In the evening, a great number of people come here to take a walk, sit on the beach, chat.
Another attraction is the Zhanqiao pier which houses a small museum.
Qingdao is a cozy city for living, I want to return here, take a walk, stay alone with my thoughts.
