Trip Introduction

Parchamo Peak is an attractive peak that fascinates every trekker passing through. The peak rises high above the well known Tashi Lapcha Pass, forming a part of Rolwaling Himalayan range. The elegant and straightforward snowy summit of Parchamo Peak was first ascended in 1955 by Dennis Davis and Phil Boultbee who were members of highly successful Merseyside Himalayan Expedition led by Alf Gregory. We approach from the less beaten Rolwaling region and cross the challenging Tashi Lapcha Pass at 5755 meters towards the peak summit. Parchamo Peak Climbing with Nepal Guide Treks is an opportunity to gain a lifetime experience for adventure seeking climbers to achieve the summit of Parchamo peak while exploring the two fabulous Himalayan trekking regions of Nepal – the less beaten Rolwaling region as well as the popular Everest region.

Parchamo Peak Climbing with Nepal Guide Treks starts with a scenic drive from Kathmandu towards Gongar Khola which is the starting point of the trek. From there we start our trek on a trail that passes through the dense forest filled with rhododendron, oaks and pines trees towards the traditional village of Na. At Na village, we take a day’s rest for acclimatization before heading further into higher altitudes. From our trail heads for the crossing of the challenging Tashi Lapcha Pass at 5755m to reach Tashi Cape. Fully acclimatized and well prepared we head off for climbing the summit of Parchamo Peak, following the footsteps and guidance of experienced climbing experts recommended by Nepal Guide Treks.
