A crescent shaped beach fringed with palm trees and beach shacks across the shore, tell me that is not your idea of perfect beach vacation? Palolem is cleaner, better, quieter, prettier than North Goa beaches. The beach shacks are cheap and wonderful accommodation. The food is not as varied and there aren’t awesome restaurants and night life like North Goa but there are few places and some very good food. If you want to just chill and do nothing then Palolem is your beach destination in Goa. Still here are some reasons why Palolem should be a must visit

The beach is clean and beautiful- The crescent shaped beach is clean and the water is calm, making is ideal for swimmimg

The sunset is one of the best- The sunset from the right side of the beach that can be accessed on  low tide is out of the world.

The cocktails and Dreams bar that is open 24/7 and has great crowd- The place is alive after 11pm and you find a lot of travelers crawling out after sunrise

The silent noise headphone parties- The parties where you have 3 DJs playing different music and you have to wear headphones to enjoy the music in these parties

The canoeing – If you are tired of just relaxing hire a canoe and just visit the nearby islands

The beaches nearby- the Agonda, patnem and cola beaches are all nearby and can be explored through beautiful bike rides

Dolphins – The dolphin watching boat trips are quite nice

The only bar on the beach that is open 24/7, great place to meet other travelers
Quieter beach....great sunsets, awesome food at wildflower restaurant
