Many of us have thought ki how does heaven looks like believe it or not i have thought my heaven like this which has been gifted to Bhutan in the form of Phobjikha Valley.

Day 1
A complete paradise

The Phobjikha Valley is a vast U-shaped glacial valley, also known as Gangtey Valley named after the impressive Gangtey Monastery, where the graceful black-necked cranes in Bhutan from the Tibetan Plateau visit the valley during the winter season to roost.

The trek starts from the two points : first one is the gangtey temple which finishes at Phobjikha Valley and the second one is the Phobjikha Valley which finishes at the Gangtey temple.

So we chose starting point as Phobjikha Valley because you have the energy initially and you can take photos. The other reason why we chose this one because we have a destination (Gangtey Temple) when there is a destination you enjoy the journey.

So we started seeing breathless views. It's all open your mind and heart are bound to expand. No matter what you will become happy and i can bet on it.

View of the Phobjikha valley (I took MJ's too)

We went through the trail singing dancing all those things which we are supposed to do daily. Phobjikha just kicks in all these elements in you.

You can see the black necked cranes behind, they are extremely big and beautiful. They have come all the way from tibet to roost themselves and will fly as soon as the summer starts. We were lucky to have seen them.

A perfect countryside (ab pata chala wallpaper kahaan se bante hain)

We went berserk of what to click and what not to. kabhi zameen pe gir jaate ki yeh hai kya, i personally have never felt like this mujhe rona tha hasna tha aur maine sab kiya. Jab aap nature se connect kar lete ho na aapko sab mil jaata hai.

MJ trying on some photo clicking skills

Untouched, uncommercialized, complete nature, a huge valley having limited no of houses.

Yaks roaming, animal grazing is a normal sight here.

We present you Phobjikha

We didn't want to move, just stay and stay. Though we moved and reached Gangtey Temple.

It is an hour trek but you will take 3 hours seeing the beauty of this trek.

Itna bhukha hun ki in monks ka khaana bhi nhi choda maine

A perfect dreamland, Guys do visit if you go Bhutan. I am happy that i saw my heaven in this life and sharing makes me even more happy as we know Sharing is Caring.
