A girls gang planned their trip to kashmir from the heart of country New Delhi. We opted one way road travel as the route to kashmir from Jammu especially is mesmerising. You may take train to reach Jammu and from Jammu bus stand you can get shared cabs and taxis for the journey till kashmir. Mind it people with weak bowels must take precautions as the whole route is with lots of twists and turns. The cabs stop at various stops, the first one is for a refreshing tea with some paneer pakoras at Jhajarkotli and the next for lunch at Peera . Do not forget to pamper your flat belly with some Ghee Rajma Chaawal of Peera!!!The journey till kashmir takes around 8 hours. You will find many budget hotels in kashmir near Dal Lake and the local conveyance can b found from Tourist Reception Center.
On the way back a direct flight remains comfortable.Best time to visit kashmir if you are a snow lover is October Ending and if you want to feel the breeze of blossoming flowers try June!!!ENJOY!!!

Gulmarg, Cable Car Phase -1, a must place to visit. The snow flakes and the cable car commonly known as Gnadola is all that stole our hearts.. You want to experience yourself, experience snow once!

Betaab Valley most famous because of its relation with the Bollywood industry, is a perfect place for individuals travelling in a gang and want to explore the potential of their gang in the valley!! Well that's at least what we did! The mountains covering you from all sides, a river flowing nearby and a huge landscape is all that someone very close to nature would cherish!!
