Food:

Under the auspices excellence of chef Vishal Gautam, Raas Hotel Jodhpur has two restaurants:

Baradari

Whether you are in the mood for some authentic Rajasthani specialities, Thai flavours or Mediterranean-inspired dishes, Baradari has fine fare to suit your tastes. The ingredients used to prepare the dishes are organic, and locally-grown in the hotel's own garden.

Darikhana

During your stay, if you're in the mood for some alfresco dining, Darikhana is your go to place. Perched on the first floor, above the old stables, Darikhana offers clear views of the Mehrangarh Fort. Each meal at the Darikhana is prepared with hand-ground spices, especially sourced from a 200-year-old shop in Old Delhi. Like Baradari, dishes at Darikhana are also made from organic vegetables picked from the hotel's garden.

For special occasions, the hotel staff also provides the option of a private dining service. You can choose from a stunning landscaped garden or even the serene poolside, exclusively for you and your special one, with a tailor-made menu.
