Himalayan Rally is the amazing experience which can't be described in words. True adventure sport, with span across 6 days to traverse a distance of 2,000 kms through the vigorously undulating terrains in the Western Himalayas.
We covered one of the toughest terrains with worst climatic conditions. High Altitudes, Cold Desert, No vegetation for 100s of KMs, Snow covered mountains and roads, Reduced Oxygen levels but the spirits are always high. One has to me physically and mentally fit to complete the raid.
Rally Started from Shimla to Manali in first leg. Route provided is not best of the routes available, all the steep and narrow roads were available.
Manali to Tabo (3050 Mts) Via Rohtang Pass (3979 Mts), Kunzum pass (4551 mts) and Kaza (3660 Mts).
Tabo to Keylong through Komic (4275 Mts)
Keylong to Nakeela Pass - Gatta Loops - Baralach La Pass (4883 Mts) - Patseo (4830 Mts) - Sarchu (4290 Mts)
Great feeling once you see Indian army located at Patseo in toughest of the conditions.
