After a long time , I planned a religious to akkalkot & tuljapur, I was not alone, I had my college bestie with me, we boarded a AC sleeper bus from Mumbai ( Santa Cruz) , the travels was Ocean bus, we boarded the bus 20:30 pm, and it was comfortable.
Later in the night the bus halted at a rest stop for dinner , the food was a bit costly , but worthy . After a halt of 40 mins bus departed for our onward journey to akkalkot .
It was cool mrng, there was slight drizzle when our bus crossed Solapur, we reached akkalkot around 07:30 hrs in the mrng , the bus was late by 45 mins, Our bus stoped next to akkalkot bus stand. We took an auto on sharing basis to reach Shree swami samarth temple.
We reached near the temple , and just opposite the temple road, we found our accomodation in Shree vatvruksh swami Maharaj devasthan, we booked the room, which was very affordable, it is under a trust .

After freshing up we headed towards the temple ,it was 09:30 hrs there was not much rush , we could easily take the blessings. inside the temple they have locker facility, canteen, souvenir shop .
After visiting the temple, we went to visit nearby places near the temple.
After some time we had prasad ( lunch) at Akkalkot swami samarth temple , and it's was worth a blessing , the Food was simple and very tasty
Later on we Checked out from our room and were heading out for Tuljapur . On the way we had delicious Sugarcane juice and it was refreshing. The ride to tuljapur costed us around 120 per person in a jeep which has capacity of 8 people.
Finally We reached Tuljapur, Tuljapur is situated in Osmanabad District. After reaching Tuljapur I felt like we reached the border of Maharashtra , and Hyderabad the next big city across the border of Maharashtra is just 300 Km away.
We started heading to the Tuljabhavani Temple, On our path to the temple , a glimpse of the entrance made me give goosebumps. I was just amazed, that I just reached another famous places in Maharashtra which is not less than a milestone for a traveller.
We had to take a pass to enter the temple , and that period of time the crowd was normal. Usually during Pooja and on the weekend one can find huge crowd over there. Some pics taken inside the temple.
Later on we explore some places nearby Tuljapur temple, We had hired and auto to visit some temple nearby Tuljapur, and we also had to return back to Mumbai the same day.
It was a fascinating journey we left from Tuljapur around 8 in the evening boarded Akansha tourism seater bus for Mumbai and it costed us around Rs 400 per person.
