On the morning of Republic Day i.e.26 January,2020.I went upto the nearby railway station to see the flag hosting on the new long flag stand that has been made.It was really a delightful moment to see our national flag in the sky and making us proud to be an Indian.Just then me and my 3 friends started to plan a trip to Bogibeel Bridge,Dibrugarh which was at a distance of around 50 Kms. So at around 9:30 the journey started from New Tinsukia Railway Station.
It was really an exciting and chilling journey as it was winter times. The speed of the bikes were really high ,the wind was blowing rapidly in the ears and also the mesmerizing view of the river and the shining tea gardens. At around 11 we reached at the bridge,the view was really worth watching. The beautiful view of the Brahmaputra river flowing down the bridge and the slow breeze of air was very peaceful.
After clicking some pictures we went down the bridge and on the riverside there were small tea stalls and small hotels.We sat at one of the hotels and as we were hungry by then so we had the parathas and fish which was freshly caught from the river and then we had a cup of tea. It was very calm to hear the river flowing in it's own speed and the shining river water and the cold weather with a cup of hot tea.
Later on we went towards the river and splashed the river water on our faces.Really refreshing and had some pictures clicked there too. As the sun came up to head ,we were back home.
